What is the Hajj PMO Division?

The Hajj PMO  is the Division that is responsible for the development and tracking of all Hajj Plans. It works with more than 35 entities in the sector to help develop service related hajj plans. Further, it works with higher committees to show progress of these plans, and ask for support for any obstacles.

 

What you’ll do?

  • Work will work on developing hajj plans frameworks
  • Assess entity plans and give comments
  • Develop trackers and KPIs to monitor progress
  • Work on implementing technical solutions to increase efficiency of data collection
  • Develop reports and presentation for workshops and higher committees
  • Work closely with other entities and departments to find solutions to Hajj challenges and ensure alignment with strategic direction and priorities
  • Analyze and draw insights from interdependent plans
  • Manage and track planning processes and ensure they are timely, focused, and value adding.

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, or any related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in management consulting.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and information and turn them into insights.
  • Advanced excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and building presentations.
  • Strong research, reporting and data visualization skills.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments.
  • High level of ownership.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
