What is the Corporate Communication department?

It’s the corporate voice of the program and its brand image guardian.

In this department you will be able to employ your creative talent to shape the first impression and strengthen brand trust and bonding with both internal and external audience.

The Internal communication work entails maintaining PEP’s brand identity and raising awareness about its goals, work culture and approach in leading the sector and achieving the Vision 2030 goals. Our department also serves as a creative unit, producing ideas, designs and leading branding work in and outside the program.

What you’ll do?

  • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies and plans that achieve employees’ engagement, awareness, and satisfaction.
  • Manage the program’s internal communication channels and create engaging content
  • Prepare detailed communication activity reports.
  • Respond to and manage corporate and tactical communication-related issues in a timely manner
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is ready for publishing
  • Work with different departments to generate new ideas and project to realize the communication objectives.
  • Execute necessary administrative work for the department
  • Manage vendor relations.
  • Meeting deadlines, even if it means working extended hours 

Who you are?

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in corporate communication, preferably with internal communication experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and plans
  • Proven experience in creating targeted content is advantageous.
  • Effective experience in managing and executing corporate events

 

المهارات

  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly experienced with presentation skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • High collaborative skills
  • Know-how and experience with creative skills (design & visual production) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
