The Strategic Partnerships operates in a similar fashion to that of centers of excellence. It supports and enables the main departments overseeing Doyouf Al Rahman journey (First Impression – Performing Rituals – Hospitality and Enriching the Experience) in performing their duties and achieving the strategic goals of the program. This is achieved through developing and exploring partnerships in both private and third sectors. In addition, the department works on strengthening relationships at the level of government entities, contributing to solving obstacles facing DARP, and finally, overseeing the DARP’s initiatives that have a general impact on the sector of Hajj and Umrah, such as volunteering initiatives endowments, and investments. This department works on building effective communication channels with governmental entities and Vision Realization Offices (VRO) in order to raise the level of productivity and achievement in the Hajj and Umrah sector. This is achieved through holding meetings and workshops to solve obstacles and issues that are impacting the program and its initiatives, also cooperating in what serves the interests of the Hajj and Umrah sector in order to support the achievements of the Program’s strategic goals.
