Performing Rituals is the second phase of the visitors’ journey, it consists of two main touchpoints:
- Haramain & Holy Sites Touchpoint
Relates to the visitors’ experience in the grand mosque in Makkah and the prophet’s mosque in Madinah. Our focus is to provide there, and in the holy sites as well as, a unique experience with quality public services and developed infrastructure.
- Health & Safety Touchpoint
Relates to the visitors’ health and safety, including medical services, security and safety during all phases of the journey, as well as the provision of health insurance.
