The Executive Office plays a vital role in DARP that helps in empowering and supporting the CEO by managing all tasks related to him and providing various support through different functions. The Executive Office includes following sections:
- Correspondence Management& Archiving department
The Correspondences and Archiving department is responsible for managing and archiving both types of correspondences (incoming and outgoing).
- Special Projects department
The Special Projects department is responsible for rapid response and interventions to incubate complex issues, highly important to DARP, by framing them into executable projects, supporting their launch and handing them over to the appropriate owner. The department is also mandated to achieve quick wins through collecting and generating potential ideas and coordinating with internal stakeholder in DARP.
- Legal department
This advisory unit serves all DARP department with legal consultations and support, in accordance to the laws and regulations in place, as well as playing a vital membership role within all internal committees.
