The Strategy Department defines the strategic direction of DARP. The department constantly reviews the performance of DARP and makes sure that DARP is on the right track.
The department is responsible for building and tracking program and macro-economic KPIs, tracking the progress of execution of initiatives, providing a BI platform to support in tracking progress across the program, and providing strategic support to the different departments in the program.
The department also includes a specialized team for studying the economics of the sector of Hajj and Umrah and the different ways of making the sector sustainable.
