The Shared Services Sector support all departments at PEP with an array of internal and external services in the following fields:
- Procurement & Contracts: Responsible for managing tenders, relationships with suppliers and contractual agreements to obtain goods and services.
- Finance: The authorized department for managing budget and reporting, accounting management, treasury management, and asset management.
- Facility Services: This includes Operational Services, Security and Safety, as well as the Operational Publications, in addition to the coordination and logistical support for events and meetings.
- Information Technology: Provides operational services and technical support, infrastructure management, information security management, hardware and software, automation and technical project management.
